This bill
includes one-time Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal Recovery
allocations of $800,000 per year in both fiscal year 2020-21 and fiscal year
2021-22 to a newly created American Rescue Plan Economic, Workforce and
Innovation program within the Department of Economic and Community
Development for preliminary program, metrics and assessment tool development
for economic development, innovation and workforce programs. |

Additionally,
this bill includes one-time Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal
Recovery allocations of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 and $2,000,000 in
fiscal year 2021-22 to a newly created American Rescue Plan Audit, Controller
and Program Management program within the Department of Administrative and
Financial Services. The funds will be used to support all aspects of
financial management and oversight of funds from the federal State Fiscal
Recovery Fund established in the federal American Rescue Plan Act of
2021. |
