Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill corrects a drafting error that occurred in LD 120 at the time the bill was being amended during the Special Appropriations Table process. The intent had been to reimburse the General Fund for the first two years of appropriations by transfers to the General Fund and keep the ongoing appropriations that were already in the bill. However, the appropriations were removed in error. This bill adds back the General Fund appropriations of $291,382 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $403,831 in fiscal year 2022-23 to establish and provide funding for the costs of one Director position, one Public Service Coordinator II position, one Office Specialist II position and related costs for the new Office of Affordable Health Care beginning October 1, 2021.
