This bill
increases the annual fee to register a pesticide with the Board of Pesticides
Control within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry from
$160 to $215. The increased registration fee will result in an additional
$660,000 in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue starting in fiscal year
2023-24. The bill includes corresponding allocations to allow for the
expenditure of the additional revenue. |
