This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $1.0 million per year
beginning in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Lead Abatement Fund within the Maine
State Housing Authority (MSHA) for the abatement of lead paint hazards in
residential housing and for the costs to MSHA to administer the program. |
