  This amendment
removes the Resource Management Coordinator position and associated
ongoing General Fund appropriations and Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations from the bill.  As amended,
the bill retains provisions instructing the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry to establish a separate account within the Maine
Working Farmland Access and Protection Program to deposit funding
specifically received to support public-private partnerships. |
