The bill creates
the Maine Nonprofit Security Grant Program within the Department of the
Attorney General It Includes a
one-time General Fund appropriation to the Grant Program of $2,000,000 in
fiscal year 2026-27 to provide grants to assist nonprofit organizations in
improving security to protect against hate crimes and terror attacks. |
