Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $29,993 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $121,429 in fiscal year 2026-27 for the Office of MaineCare Services to reimburse anesthesia for dental services at an ambulatory surgical center provided to children covered under MaineCare. With this being an emergency bill appropriations are required for the last three months of fiscal year 2025-26. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
