Rep. Kristi Mathieson is serving her second term in the Maine House of Representatives. She is a member of the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee and the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee.

Rep. Mathieson is a licensed dietitian and co-owner of a private, integrative medical practice. She has a long history of serving in her beloved community, Kittery. She was the board chair of the Kittery Community Center and has volunteered on many school and community initiatives, including the Women and Children's Homeless Shelter, Footprints Food Pantry, the Kittery Proficiency-Based Learning Committee and the Kittery Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Rep. Mathieson lives with her husband, a newly retired, long-time high school math teacher, and has a daughter who attends American University. She is an avid runner, and is proud to say that she has run the Boston Marathon several times. She also enjoys swimming, yoga, hiking and biking.
