§503. Riot
1.
A person is guilty of riot if, together with 5 or more other persons, he engages in disorderly conduct;
A.
With intent imminently to commit or facilitate the commission of a crime involving physical injury or property damage against persons who are not participants; or

When he or any other participant to his knowledge uses or intends to use a firearm or other dangerous weapon in the course of the disorderly conduct.
