§6-406. Transfer on death deed revocable

A transfer on death deed is revocable even if the deed or another instrument contains a contrary provision. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
