§6-408. Capacity of transferor; undue influence of transferor

Capacity.
The capacity required to make or revoke a transfer on death deed is the same as the capacity required to make a will.

Undue influence.
In addition to any other criminal or civil causes of action or relief at law or equity, Title 33, chapter 20 applies to transfers under this Part.
