§12701. Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Administrative council.

Board of trustees.
"Board of trustees" means the board of trustees of the system.

President.
"President" means the president of a community college.

President of the system.
"President of the system" means the President of the Maine Community College System.

Presidents' council.
"Presidents' council" means the advisory council of the system as established in section 12713.

College.
"College" means a community college as established in section 12714.

System.
"System" means the Maine Community College System.

7.
Maine Community College System Office.
"Maine Community College System Office" means the office of the president of the system, together with the offices of supporting staff, as established in section 12710.
