§4266. Severability and construction - Article 16

Enforceable.
The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence or provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the compact are enforceable.

Provisions liberally construed.
The provisions of this chapter may be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes.

3.
Concurrent applicability.
Nothing in this chapter may be construed to prohibit the concurrent applicability of other interstate compacts of which the states are members.
