§1010. Class VII-A licenses
1.
Types of liquor which may be sold.
A Class VII-A licensee may sell wine to be consumed off the premises where sold.

Fees.
The fees for a Class VII-A license are as follows:
A.
Full-time (one year).................$200.

Eligible premises.
The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class VII-A license:

Ship chandlers without a qualifying stock of groceries, compatible merchandise or combination of both.
