§1107. Display and content of license

Content.
A recycler license must specify:
A.
The location of each established place of business and other locations occupied in conducting business;

B.
The effective and expiration dates of the license; and

Any other information the Secretary of State considers necessary to implement this section.

Display.
The license must be conspicuously displayed at each established place of business or other location occupied in conducting business.
