§1552. Application

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to a snowmobile or an ATV, unless the ATV is registered for highway use. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
