§162. Provisional treasurer

If the offices of county treasurer and deputy treasurer are both vacant, the county commissioners shall appoint a provisional treasurer who shall serve until a treasurer is chosen and qualified under section 151. The provisional treasurer has all the authority granted to treasurers under this subchapter and is subject to all the requirements of this subchapter.   [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
