§3834. Disorderly conduct prohibited
1.
Prohibited conduct.
No innkeeper, hotelkeeper, boardinghouse keeper, lodging house keeper, campground operator or keeper or victualer may allow any reveling, riotous or disorderly conduct, drunkenness or excess in the inn, hotel, boardinghouse, lodging house, restaurant, shop or other premises.

Penalty.
Notwithstanding Title 17‑A, section 4‑A, whoever refuses or fails to leave any such place when requested to do so by the owner, manager, clerk, agent or employee of the owner or manager is guilty of a Class D crime and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 11 months, or both.
