§6409. Standard districts; procedures in exercising eminent domain

Except as otherwise provided by law, a standard district must exercise the right of eminent domain granted under section 6408 in accordance with this chapter and chapters 65 and 67. [PL 1995, c. 616, §10 (NEW).]
