A standard district, through its trustees, in order to carry out the purposes of its incorporation, may contract with a person, standard district, utility or corporation or with a municipality, the State or other governmental entity whether located inside or outside the boundaries of the standard district.   [PL 2013, c. 555, §6 (NEW).]
