A person maintaining a facility required to be licensed under this chapter without having obtained a license, or after a license has been revoked or suspended, commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $200 a day may be adjudged.   [PL 2025, c. 414, §16 (AMD).]
