An Act to Clarify the Definition of Terms Relating to Scheduled Drugs
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §1101, sub-§21 is enacted to read:
21. "Cultivate" means to sow a seed; to grow, raise or tend a plant; to harvest a plant; or to knowingly possess a plant.
Effective September 18, 1999, unless otherwise indicated.
