Sec. JJJJ-1. Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services; revenue. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 1585 or any other provision of law, the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services shall seek reimbursement of expenditures under Medicaid Title XIX for targeted case management and administrative cost reimbursement. Revenue in the amount of $2,053,919 in fiscal year 2000-01 must be deposited in the General Fund as undedicated revenue.
