An Act to Implement Funding the Recommendations of the Interagency Task Force on Homelessness and Housing Opportunities in the November 1997 Task Force Report
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Additional shelter operating subsidy funding, 2000-2001 biennium only. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 30-A, chapter 201, subchapter VII, the Maine State Housing Authority shall transfer an additional $1,000,000 in fiscal year 1999-00 and an additional $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2000-01 from the Housing Opportunities for Maine Fund to the Shelter Operating Subsidy program.
Effective September 18, 1999, unless otherwise indicated.
