An Act to Improve Emergency Medical Services by Expanding the Pool of Qualified Emergency Medical Services Personnel
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §85, sub-§3, ¶D, as amended by PL 1995, c. 161, §6, is repealed.
Effective July 25, 2002, unless otherwise indicated.
