     Sec. EE-1. 20-A MRSA §13451, sub-§3, ¶¶B and C, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 559, Pt. N, §1, are amended to read:

B. Thirty-five percent from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003; and
C. Forty percent after June 30, 2003.
