Sec. P-1. State Cost Allocation Program. Notwithstanding Public Law 2001, chapter 358, Part A, section 15, or any other provision of law, the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services, or the commissioner's designee, may adjust the State Cost Allocation Program in fiscal years 2001-02 and 2002-03 and credit those adjustments to the General Fund as undedicated revenue.
Sec. P-2. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, on or before June 30, 2002 the State Controller shall transfer $600,000 from the Information Services Internal Service Fund account in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to the General Fund as undedicated revenue.
