Sec. R-1. Attorney General - Contingent account; lapsed balances. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $80,000 of unencumbered balance forward in fiscal year 2001-02 in the Attorney General - Contingent General Fund account established to litigate the New Hampshire border dispute in the Department of the Attorney General lapses to the General Fund in fiscal year 2001-02.
