An Act to Amend the Laws Governing Registers of Deeds

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 33 MRSA §752, sub-§4, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 503, §1, is amended to read:

4. Repeal. This section is repealed January 1, ~~2002~~ 2005.

Effective September 21, 2001, unless otherwise indicated.
