An Act to Continue the Privacy Protection of Health Care Information
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1711-C, sub-§17, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 512, Pt. A, §5 and affected by §7, is repealed.
Effective September 21, 2001, unless otherwise indicated.
