Sec. N-1. Biennial report. In conjunction with the presentation of the biennial Highway Fund Current Services Budget, the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services shall prepare and deliver to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over transportation matters a report of all Highway Fund allocations necessary to support the Department of Transportation Service Center pursuant to Public Law 2005, chapter 12, Part G, section 2.
Sec. N-2. Committee report. By January 30th of each year, the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services shall provide to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over transportation matters a report detailing the charges made to each Highway Fund allocation to support the operations of the Department of Transportation pursuant to Public Law 2005, chapter 12, Part G, section 2 for the prior state fiscal year.
