Resolve, To Direct the Department of Transportation To Rename State Bridge Number 5278 the Ryan Quirion Guthrie Bridge
Sec. 1. State bridge number 5278 renamed. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall designate with appropriate signs and notices state bridge number 5278 on Interstate 295, commonly known as the Staples Point Bridge, as it crosses the Presumpscot River as the Ryan Quirion Guthrie Bridge to honor the memory of Ryan Guthrie, who died in an accident at that site.
