§6123. Obstructing fishways

A person who tampers with, damages, destroys or closes to fish migration or introduces foreign objects into any fishway without the authority of the commissioner commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 and not more than $500 may be adjudged.   [PL 1999, c. 771, Pt.
