§1-306. No jury trial; removal

No jury trial.
In any proceeding under this Code, the court shall sit without a jury.

Removal to Superior Court for jury trial.
Upon timely demand by any party, any proceeding not within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court may be removed for trial to the Superior Court under the procedures the Supreme Judicial Court provides by rule.
