§6. "Domestic," "foreign," "alien" insurer defined
                  1. 
                                Domestic insurer. 
                                A "domestic" insurer is one formed under the laws of this State.

                                Foreign insurer. 
                                A "foreign" insurer is one formed under the laws of any jurisdiction other than this State.

                                Alien insurer. 
                                An "alien" insurer is a foreign insurer formed under the laws of any country other than the United States of America, its states, districts, commonwealths and possessions.
