§603. Record, remittance of fees

The superintendent shall keep a correct account of all fees and moneys received by the superintendent by virtue of the superintendent's office, and shall pay the same over to the Treasurer of State forthwith. [RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. B, §186 (COR).]
