§1007. Class VI licenses
1.
Types of liquor which may be sold.
A Class VI licensee may sell malt liquor to be consumed off the premises where sold.

Fees.
The fees for a Class VI license are as follows:
A.
Full-time (one year)...............$200.

Eligible premises.
The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class VI license:

Off-premises retailers with a qualifying stock of groceries, compatible merchandise or combination of both, as described in section 1201, subsections 6 and 7.
