§11. Information of dependents
                  1. 
                                Confidentiality; exceptions. 
                                Any personally identifying information obtained by the State under this Title concerning a dependent of a member of the United States Armed Forces or state military forces who is deployed out of state is confidential and may not be disclosed except:
                                     
                                
                
                  A.
                                        By written consent of the subject of the information or, if the subject of the information is less than 18 years of age, a parent or guardian of the subject;

                  B.
                                        By court order;

                  C.
                                        For criminal justice purposes; or

                                Dependent. 
                                For the purposes of this section, "dependent" has the same meaning as in 10 United States Code, Section 1072.
