§942. Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife

Major policy-influencing positions.
The following positions are major policy-influencing positions within the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, these positions and their successor positions shall be subject to this chapter:

Deputy Commissioner;
