§950. Department of the Secretary of State

Major policy-influencing positions.
The following positions are major policy-influencing positions within the Department of the Secretary of State. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, these positions and their successor positions shall be subject to this chapter:
A.
Deputy Secretaries of State; and
