| | | The bureau shall establish rules concerning the return to the | | place of purchase of opened packages of personal undergarments.__ | | Rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter are routine technical | | rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-A. |

| | | The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Bureau of Labor | | Standards to establish rules regulating the return of opened | | packages of personal undergarments. |
