| | | Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §344-B, sub-§4, as enacted by PL 1991, c. 804, Pt. B, | | §4 and affected by §7, is amended to read: |

| | | 4. Multiple permits. For projects that require more than one | | permit from the department, the commissioner and the applicant | | shall determine the timetable or timetables applicable to all | | permit or license applications required for that project at a | | presubmission meeting. At the presubmission meeting, the | | commissioner shall provide the applicant with a list of the | | information necessary for all permit applications required for | | the project to be accepted as complete for processing. |
