directs the Department of Human Services to establish a procedure
for notifying the local animal control officer when a bite occurs.

 
It requires the Department of Education and the Department of
Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to develop a curriculum to
teach children about safe behavior around dogs and other animals.

Resources and the Department of Human Services to develop public
service announcements to increase awareness of safe behavior
