| A. The Director of the State Planning Office or the | director's designee; |
|
| B. The Director of the Land for Maine's Future Program; |

| C. The Commissioner of Agriculture, Food and Rural | Resources or the commissioner's designee; |
|
| D. The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development | or the commissioner's designee; |
|
| E. One representative each from the northern, eastern and | western Maine regional development districts, appointed by | the Governor; |
|
| F. One representative from the Finance Authority of Maine; | and |
|
| G. Two members of the Senate, appointed by the President of | the Senate, and 2 members of the House of Representatives, | appointed by the Speaker of the House; and be it further |

| | Sec. 5. Duties. Resolved: That the task force shall hold public | meetings, gather information, create working groups and request | necessary data from public and private entities in order to | accomplish the following duties: |

| A. Establish a process to identify those areas of the State | where there is substantial existing small-scale agricultural | activity, an evolving network of support services and | developed or developing regional markets; |
