| | | Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the | | General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act. |

| | | AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, |

| | | Office of Substance Abuse |
|
| | | Provides funds to implement the | | recommendations of the Joint Committee on | | Substance Abuse. These funds will be used to | | provide additional statewide substance abuse | | prevention, intervention and treatment | | services. |

| | | This bill provides an additional General Fund appropriation to | | the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance | | Abuse Services to implement the recommendations of the Joint | | Committee on Substance Abuse. |
