| | | A person who is awarded a money judgment in a small claims | | action is entitled to prejudgment and post-judgment interest in | | accordance with sections 1602 and 1602-A. |

| | | This bill provides for prejudgment and post-judgment interest | | for small claims parties who are awarded money judgments. |
