SUMMARY
This resolve establishes an 11-member commission to study the
environmental condition of Number One Pond in Sanford and
adjacent public areas and to recommend steps necessary to clean
up and restore the environment of the pond and surrounding lands.
The commission is to report to the Second Regular Session of the
119th Legislature by December 1, 1999.
