| §14021.__General qualifications |
|
| | This section governs the application for licensure under this | chapter. |
|
| | 1.__Application.__The applicant must submit a properly | completed application on forms furnished by the board, together | with the prescribed fee. |
|
| | 2__ Age.__The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at | the time of application. |
|
| | 3.__Residence.__The applicant shall provide evidence of the | applicant's legal residence. |
|
| | 4.__High school.__The applicant must be a high school graduate | or hold an equivalency certificate. |
|
| | 5.__Reputation.__The applicant must have a good reputation for | honesty, truthfulness, fair dealing and competency.__The | recommendation of at least 3 persons not related to the applicant | who have acknowledged before a notary public that they have known | the applicant for at least one year immediately preceding the | date of the application that the applicant has such a reputation | creates a rebuttable presumption that the applicant meets that | qualification. |

| | 6.__Other.__The applicant shall comply with other requirements | that may be prescribed by the board from time to time. |
