| | Sec. 4. Closing existing boat-launching facility. The public boat-launching | facility on Sebago Lake in the Town of Standish must be closed as | soon as possible after the effective date of this Act but not | before a new public launch can be constructed according to the | terms of this Act. |
| | Sec. 5. Funding and location. The Portland Water District shall pay | for the construction of the new public boat-launching ramp and | any necessary related facilities, except that the district is not | obligated to pay more than $800,000 for the construction. |
| | This bill closes the existing boat-launching ramp in Standish | and replaces it with a new boat-launching ramp, also in Standish, | at a location selected by the Portland Water District.
