| This bill repeals and replaces certain statutes governing the |
| production and distribution of milk and milk products. This bill |
| grants the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources |
| continued regulatory authority to adopt rules that reflect the |
| standards outlined by the United States Department of Health and |
| Human Services, Food and Drug Administration in the Pasteurized |
| Milk Ordinance and clarifies the licensing fee schedule for milk |
| distributors. |
